Air Conditioning STOP LEAK PLUS - Made in USA

Our patented additive lubricates all moving metal parts in the A/C system, while revitalizing O-Ring elasticity. More remarkably though, it seals hard to find leaks in evaporators, condensers, hoses and other difficult to repair A/C components. Don't spend hundreds or even thousands, to find out you missed a small pin hole leak and now all the gas leaked out again. Use as a simple fix if components are in good shape, or as an addition to repairs to keep system in top condition on down the road.

For those of you wondering, this product in not like all the others that claim to seal A/C leaks. We do not react to moisture and therefore do not come in a sealed, pressurized can that sometimes hardens while you are trying to install it. Additionally, this product will not clog installation equipment or the recycling machines needed to remove gasses from systems being serviced. Because of its liquid consistency, technicians simply use an A/C oil injector to install through the low side service port, but you can also draw it through the manifold gauges if you prefer. This means the system does not need to be evacuated to use our product, another time saver ! Simply start the engine, turn the A/C to maximum cooling, install STOP LEAK PLUS and recharge the system with R-134a or R-12 as per the service manual. How does it work ?

STOP LEAK PLUS is an inert liquid until it mixes with R-134a or R-12 gases. Once installed in a closed circuit, it activates based on several conditions present in the system. As it begins to travel with the gases, it seeks out leaks and migrates through small holes to the outside air. During the migration through the hole, it begins to harden and form a chemical weld that seals the leak.

How large a leak will it repair ?

It will seal leaks in an A/C system that can hold a vacuum for at least 15 minutes. A system that won't hold 5" of vacuum on the low side, for 15 minutes, has a hole that is tool large to be sealed and will need manual repairs.

Will it seal evaporator leaks ?

Yes ! It will also seal leaks in the condenser, all connection hoses, gaskets and even o-rings.

How much do I use ?

One 2 oz. bottle is all that is necessary to seal and condition one vehicle's A/C system. When adding STOP LEAK PLUS to an evacuated system, substitute 2 oz. of STOP LEAK PLUS for 2 oz. of the regular A/C oil. If the vehicle has a slow leak but maintains a partial charge, add 2 oz. of STOP LEAK PLUS, along with the required amount of refrigerant, till system meets factory specs on the new charge. Is it available for both R-134a and R-12 systems ?

Yes ! There is a STOP LEAK PLUS for both type A/C systems, plus our R-12 type it works with blended refrigerants as well. We offer now even R22 and R410a types, for commercial- home- industry use.

How long will it stay in the system ?

STOP LEAK PLUS forms a permanent repair when it comes into contact with moisture, pressure, refrigerant and other parameters at one specific location. If there are no leaks in the system and you're installing it for preventative maintenance, the product simply remains a high quality liquid lubricant.

What happens when I recycle the refrigerant ?

STOP LEAK PLUS is removed from the A/C system with the refrigerant during standard recycling procedures. It is then separated from the refrigerant with the reclaimed oil and therefore does not affect recycling machines.

How long has the product been on the market ? Does it really work ?

The STOP LEAK PLUS has been sold to the professional installer for over 10 years and installation problems are virtually non existent. The few complaints we have received are always from installers who fail to check over the system before installation of the product. When the holes are just too big or there are too many (will not hold a vacuum for 15 minutes), even our unique, patented sealant, may not repair the vehicle.
